OK naman sa febias today. i am now 140 lbs from 150 in just 1 month in Maui, hawaii..heheheh. try fruits and vege only for 1 month. effective. pag nagutom ka, prutas lang and lots of water. mura naman jan di ba..... anyway sir, baka madalaw ako jan this year or next year. kita kits tayo. sino ba mga ka-fellowship niyo jan fram febias. any news from jerry montejo? pls send my regards to him, my kompadre to my eldest child. keep in touch....SHALOM

hello sir, mukhang tumataba ka. nagkasma kami ng borhter mo, tim, sa febias last year as part time faculty. we share the same room. pero hindi nanam kami na "develop" sa isat isa. hehehe. tumataba ka yata jan. kakain ng ham and salami, bacon and egg. ingats sa swine flu.
