Prayer request

I have a received prayer request for Christians in India.
Indian Buddist fundamentalists have burnt down 20 churches last night.

They are planning to destroy 2oo churches and kill 2oo ministers in Orissa tonight.
Christians are currently hiding in small villages.

Please pray for them.

@matt0514- Thank you very much for your message. I learned that it may have been a hoax after I posted the prayer request. Thank you for searching and sharing the feedback on this matter.
I learned the importance of observing informations more carefully.
I pray that the Holy Spirit will teach us to pray and give us the wisdom.

Hi, sisters. I also received the same urgent prayer request from 4 friends but had a bit of doubt about the info, as there is no indication of the original source of it. Then, I searched the BBC site, Assist News Service (a Christian news site) and the site by All India Christian Council, and non of them carried anything related to this "plan". Shortly after, another friend of mine circulated a copy of email from the person who had originated the "prayer request" mail saying that it was a false report and such a "plan" did not seem to exist. While we should be aware of the great need for interceding for our brothers and sisters in Orissa, let us ask the Lord for discernment, as all kinds of information goes around so quickly these days.

Hi, Atsko. Thank you for informing us. It's so sad.
Actually I heard such cruel affairs caused by Hindu against the Christians in Orissa last year. They killed and raped a lot of Christians and destroyed the churches. To be honest, I haven't continually prayed seriously for them after I got the information that criminals are arrested. I am embarrassing myself now.

I pray for them.
May God protect them and show His righteousness against these cruelty.
